THE FULFILLMENT OF THE INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS UNDER ARTICLE 13 GDPR

Given that Czech Battery Cluster CIN: 17170877 with registered office at Purkyňova 649/127, Medlánky, 612 00 Brno, registered in the Association Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, under the file number L 28361 (hereinafter referred to as the „administrator“) as a personal data controller processes personal data within the meaning of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR), for most of the processing activities it is in the position of the personal data controller. Exceptionally, Czech Battery Cluster may also stand as a personal data processor.

 

The protection and security of the processed personal data is for Czech Battery Cluster a priority. Therefore, Czech Battery Cluster pays close attention to any related security measures. For this reason, this document informs data subjects about the processing of the processed personal data and their rights in connection with the processing of their personal data.

 

Czech Battery Cluster hereby fulfills the information obligations towards entities in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR.

 The administrator will not transfer any personal data processed to a third country or international organization.

 

If your personal data is going to be processed on the basis of a legitimate reason for the legitimate interest of the trustee (pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR), this interest is the proper performance of the obligations arising from your membership concluded between you and the administrator, or of the possible application of legal claims by the administrator and the performance of activities of the administrator. Monitoring and member records in relation to their payment patterns are performed to protect the financial interests of the administrator.

 

The administrator hereby informs the data subjects about their right to request, under the conditions set out in Articles 15 to 20 of the GDPR Regulation, access to the processed personal data, the correction of the processed personal data, the deletion of the processed personal data, the limitation of the processing of the processed personal data and the portability of the processed personal data.

 

The administrator hereby informs law enforcement entities under the conditions set out in Article 21 of the GDPR Regulation to object to the processing of their personal data.

 

The claimant is entitled to claim the above-mentioned rights and objections in a written document form (application with officially authenticated signature) or electronic form (e-mail with acknowledged electric signature or data message) on the contact information of the administrator mentioned above.
