On August 23, 2022, the Chairman of the CBC doc. Ing. Tomáš Kazda, Ph.D., and Ira Saul Rubenstein in his capacity as CBC Chief Catalyst, both attended the international conference ABAF – Advanced Batteries, Accumulators and Fuel Cells in Brno, on the second day of which panel discussions were held under the auspices of the European Initiative „Battery 2030+“ and the organization „Batteries European Partnership Association“.
During this discussion, the current state of the art in battery research and industry in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Romania was presented by representatives of battery initiatives or universites. The outcomes of this discussion were subsequently used as input for the European Commission.
